Just got a mail that all bench employees have to attend the office all 5 days a week for 8+ hours atleastttt. Anyone received this info yet?? You guys opinion on this?
We are helpless at current situation once market is revive then bye bye to cognizant. Management is too bad i don’t because of few youngsters they are thinking awesome once they come to exp they will know personal and professional work balance. They think ceo is good because college pass out don’t know the corporate will never think of their life purely profit and loss ratio poor people who think cognizant is good. Its over all credit goes to foolish ideas of ceo
Yes but did not confirm the date. Everywhere its 3 days i don’t know why the things are becoming complicated 10 hrs 5 days then no use. Fed up with this micro management.cognizant states they stick with 3 days but now ground policies change suddenly to bad. Its all because of ceo. He is getting paid 189 cr per annum and we not getting a penny too bad politics in cognizant
Same, first got mail regarding 3 to 4 days now suddenly it changed to 5 days in week...not got any warning regarding hours ... But I have to be there atleast for 5 hours ..it's bad 😞 situation here
For me 8+ hours 🥲🥲🥲🥲attending 5 days any number of hours is reallyy bad and that too without any project 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
