Trending @Capgemini; Back pain from sitting bad at Capgemini. Should I resign?
Got really bad back ache from these bad office chairs. Going for physio now. I had complained to my manager about this but this shitty place is not going to spend money on chairs I know.
Prepared for 3 months and gave interviews for remote companies. Now, I went to manager about resigning and he is saying that he wants to retain me and will give some budget to set up a home office and I only need to WFO 3 times a month, rest he will handle on client side.
What should I do?
Ohh can manager help us with this type of issues as well ? My manager asking me to go ofc thrice a week. Actually I also don’t want to go ofc as office location is 40kms away n no cab facilities at my point. To Take cab I hv to go other point like that. Bt still these people dnt allow me to do wfh even if v r doing good at our project work
