Trending @Wipro; Back pain blues in IT - seeking advice

Hi… I am 37F facing low back and left knee pain for more than 3 months… kind of chronic pain… very much stressed out due to this… I have consulted n number of doctors and took xray, MRI everything… and all doctor saying reports are Normal ( but why pain … dono ) and suggested to have healthy diet and lifestyle… I am already following it but still no pain relief… what to do further ? Any of the below? Or any other way also, pl suggest

  3. Ayurveda / Varma/ Naturopathy

Did you try ergonomic chairs? Well I'm a gamer, I was facing backpains for sometime, my doctor suggested me to get an ergonomic chair. I'm much better after using it.

Yoga avoid gym

I would recommend Yoga. Helped me. Also take regular breaks from desk during work.
