I have recently received need improvement as my AMJ review currently undergoing BOTP process. Need to get billable role in next 60 days……. What will be the outcomes if I don’t get billable role?

I am also in BOTP… if you will not billable then they will release you in 1 month…

I think this depends on BU because one of my junior got released after BOTP 6 months ago but he was not paid 2 months of salary
