Back door selection Truth or Myth?

I have recently come to know that most them moving from Service based companies to Product based companies are moving directly with connections.

Is it true ? If yes please help me as well 🙂‍↕️

Yes, it does happen for mid level job exp guys, if they have connections with someone of Manager level (or equivalent). But it happens mostly in Tier 2 product based companies, that too when they are hiring at fast pace (for ex new GCCs).

That said, it is not that rampant as well. So it is not like everyone is moving in masses by just pinging someone of mutual connection.

I think you are referring to recommendations or like high level referrals which are different.

I believe OP is referring to backdoor where some sort of payment or money is involved.
