BA requirements?

can someone tell me what are the skills or tool experience required currently to get a BA role in Fintech Banking Consulting firms I am fresher with basic SQL jira only

FinTech and Consulting Firms have two different domain specific skills required. You have to decide which domain you want.

If Fintech, you have to know the cash flow process, reconciliation, and balancing.

If Consulting, you have to improve more on your soft skills along with presentation skills.

Beware BA roles are not just BA role anymore, you will have to do more technical part with Sql, Python, Tableau / Power BI and cloud services(not mandatory). Later comes the communication part.

Hiring a Fresher for the BA role will be very difficult, Good Luck and all the best
