Trending @Wipro; B2seB3 hone kya process hai. I have spent 2.5 yrs & no hike no promotion

Process is simple, you are eligible for a promotion in wipro (at B2) level after completing 18 months in your current band.

Post that each qtr. The promotion cycle opens, through which your manager can nominate your name for the same.

That said i have been 3yr+ now in Wipro, have a written commitment from my Manager about my Promotion however not getting it still, plus the process is very shady.

We don’t receive any confirmation once we are nominated and neither we receive any communication on the reason for rejection or feedback.
