Trending @Wipro; B2 to B3 promotion/MSI
I joined wipro in 2022 as B2. From last year, I’m asking promotion for B3 to my manager. But every time they are giving some excuses saying something and I’m still waiting for B3. Donno what is happening with practice team why they are not considering and do we still need to complete my skill? When will we receive MSI for this year?
People are still asking about MSI ? There is no MSI this year unless you have some special client settlement. Stop asking about it again and again.

Bro there is no MSI this year.. they mentioned they will decide in new year.. dont keep much hope.. jan2026 it may happen. As far as promotion is considered, they are not giving variable pay,msi. Forget promotion. They will keep on telling lies that u are eligible, upper management is not approving. Happening same with me for 1 year.
