Trending @Wipro; B2 band work load

I got last year's promotion from b1 to b2 after that management putting me pressure like anything already I'm handling 6+ application support again they are putting in a new project. Up to how much we can take the work load for band b2 . Has anyone faced this ? Manager not listening

Stick with your work hours, we have to go through this during our work hours. But if it has to be extended and they dnt have a plan to add an additional person to help you. Close your work on time send email to EOD and leave. Do not wait for someone to give your freedom, take it .
