With a total of 6 years of experience, including 3 years at Wipro, I have been consistently maintaining strong performance ratings. I've served in the same project for more than 2 years and still on the same project , have completed the high-demand skills for the year 2022-2023. However, I haven't been nominated for a band change from B1 to B2. Last year, I didn't receive an MSI due to my payout exceeding the company-declared amount for my band. This year, I haven't completed the high-demand skills yet, and I'm concerned that even if I do, whether they nominate or not . Given these circumstances, would it be appropriate to escalate this to HR or the delivery manager for further discussion? How should I proceed to ensure my contributions and growth are recognized?

For B2 progression. Better connect with you manager and HR both and discuss regarding the nomination and make sure you inform that you are not satisfied with your remuneration and you expect a proper revision of that. Keep reminding them in multiple occasion so that they will sense your dissatisfaction and try to meet your expectations or else you can always find a better opportunity as you deserve better in life.

Yeah thanks , I have started looking for other opportunities too, hoping for the best. The uplines here are like shouting into a deaf man's ear—they require everything to be perfect from the associate, but nothing is given in return.

As far as I know nomination process will be there till next cycle. Moving forward there will be role based promotions which is a scam to control progression in the organization.
It's very hard to get a role based promotions as not every get such opportunities internally.
