For me it was within 1 year. Got promoted to B1 in 2024 and B2 in 2025. Received around 30% hike both the times

I'm on B1 Grade since last 3 years. I got 2 rating from client but Capgemini has made it to 3. Since last 3 quarters my resource manager is saying we have nominated you for the promotion but I didn't get any promotion yet. Client is happy with my work.

How to talk with CG resource manager regarding this ?
