What does B shift mean and what are the cons and pros of this shift, do we get night shift allowance ? Should I go with this ?

Any shift that crosses 10:30 PM is Shift B and you are eligible for 200 Rs allowance. Any shift that crosses 12:30 AM is Shift C and you are eligible for 550 Rs allowance.
Some projects will be lenient and would provide shift B allowance even if your shift ends at 9:30 PM.

Starts after 12 p.m and ends at 11.
You get paid with extra shift allowance to work in the shift.
