Im from Accenture Operations (AIOC). Im currently working in B shift.
Im not getting B shift allowance since March, my lead keeps on saying that she has submitted it but upper management didn't approved this request.
Also she is saying that AIOC people can't apply from myte.
So, could you please advise what can I do now?

This is not an acceptable answr, first ask clearly what to do as next step, who can help you connect with them. If they do not tell connect with people above them till you get your answer.
Meanwhile stop working in b shift refuse to do that if you're not getting the allowance
