Azure vs AWS vs GCP (client side use case, wider acceptance for data management and analytics)

I work in financial services domain and I keep receiving shortlists from various firms where they ask for my familiarity with any of the cloud platforms (specifically Azure, AWS, or GCP). This is not from a cloud developer's perspective as I won't be building, deploying, or maintaining the infra.

I am looking for some guidance on which platform is the best from managing data (storage etc), analytics or automation's perspective (if at all any of them allow such things).

Can anyone working with these platforms guide me? Consider me as a complete beginner in this domain.

Please vote considering factors such as data storage, processing, analytics, managing workflows where deep coding knowledge is not required.
