Axis Term Insurance

Below is the detail I got from an agent. He told i can get support from him throughout lifetime, but online policy will not help me get a support.

Im planning to take health insurance also from him. Pls let me know if I would pay a large sum to him or online is better.

Why pay in 10 years for 40 years of coverage? Whats the rush?

Great catch.
This is the way they try to take your money upfront.

It is only useful in cases like for business folks, whose income is huge in some years and they need the tax deductions in this year itself.

For salaried ppl, take the yearly option, even if it's for 40 years, as the moment you don't need the insurance for whatever reason, you can just stop paying for it.

And if he switches providers, or moves to another city/country, or (as he'd be older than you) passes away before you. Then how will he help.

Consider chatting with Ditto. They are not pushy, and an (ethical) company will exist over the long term compared to an individual.
