Axis Magnus - The card that was!

Did any of you try to close the axis Magnus card because benefits devaluation? Facing major issues where they want to charge me the annual fee even when I want to close this card which is practically worthless at this price. Also the customer care isn’t helping at all, they just keep telling they have asked concerned team to call but no one ever does. Any advice?

  1. A Tata Cliq voucher worth 10k on every renewal which has been withdrawn. Scam tactics.
  2. 25000 points on monthly milestone withdrawn
  3. Rewards to Miles ratio was 5:4 which has been reduced to 5:2. That’s half the miles you get now for same points.

They even increased the joining fee to 12.5k plus tax for new users. It doesn’t apply to me but wtf who will pay such a high fee for benefits you can get with any decent card in the market today.

I used the Axis Magnus CC well but now since the devaluation, wondering if I should switch to something better. Is there anything that provides equal if not better benefits?

Axis credit card

Axis Bank called me to offer their credit card ( still receive the calls) but they rejected the application. Has anyone else also faced the same issue?
