Axis Bank Internet Banking Login Issue

Axis Bank has rolled out this feature some time ago where OTP is generated via their app instead of SMS/email. I cannot login now because of this. That freaks me out! I reached out their support via Twitter and they seem to be using a bot for the replies.

Do you guys have any solution to this?
