AWS certified AI practitioner vs Google Gen Ai leader
Basically confused b/w AWS certified AI practitioner vs Google Gen Ai leader.
Context - I am not a coder or architect, I work in tech consulting- banking to be specific , most of the client architecture that i come across are AWS based, but the AI agents that client/solution providers are integrating are Google Gemini/Anthropic Claude or Chatgpt.
So, if i had to invest my time and money on getting certified, which one shall I choose?
PS: Yes i know that working on real time projects, even smaller simpler ones is better than getting certified just for the sake of it. But, gotta show something to the management for an appraisal , because they need to report x% their workforce is AI trained blah blah..
While filling forms for many jobs while I don't see either of those certificates visible in the certificates drop down.
In your experience, what signals more value to hiring managers practical AI project or certifications?
