Awfis Reports INR 15 Cr Profit in Q3, Revenue Soars

• Awfis reported a consolidated net profit of INR 15.18 Cr in Q3 FY25, a significant improvement from a loss of INR 6.29 Cr in the same quarter last year.
• Revenue from operations surged 44% YoY to INR 317.72 Cr, despite a 61% decline in profit from the previous quarter.
• Total expenses rose 37% YoY to INR 317.18 Cr, while operating EBITDA jumped 59% YoY to INR 107 Cr with an EBITDA margin increase to 33.8%.
