Awaiting an IBM offer!

does anyone waiting for the IBM offer letter since last 20-25 days?

As per the recruiter there is some issue with their old tool, which was not triggering offers. So, everything need to do including approvals again in the new tool.

Pls guys help me here!

They have moved since January 2025. That's not the reason. IBM takes a lot of time to give offer.
