My release is approved & I’ve 2 weeks more officially left in the project. But in today’s call, they’re saying we’ll extend your allocation. But I don’t want to stay in this project. In the Talent Market Place, I can see myself in CDP and I get mails relating to new projects.
Any idea how I can avoid my project extension?

Say NO to your Manager and say you don't want to take up the extension and would like to see other projects within cognizant. Just say NO asap.

Will I get an option to reject in via Talent Market place, approval mail, etc?

Hmm rule is once you are released current project cannot take you but I think these managers can do something around it that's why you need to say NO. It is alright to say clearly your expectations.
