Avoid Nordea accounts

I joined,but they released me to bench during rampdown!! Thank god!!
Problem is u won’t get to learn anything, no monetary benefit, minimal onsite that too based on favourism. And when u ask for release u will be treated as if you are doing a crime. Having said that it’s a very good project if you are not ambitious, have second source of income and just want to Pass your time and keep on getting the fixed income without and increase.
Tcs like that only. Can’t expect new learning project. Here long term projects only available so may be maintenance and support and some new requirements that’s all here. all banking projects like that only. You can’t get release. Any medical issues, long leave means they will release you. If you fight for anything then you will get D band. Then your salary will be revised and they will put in PIP. These things only happening here. No one can’t talk here.
