Due to WFO My avg working hours for the year is showing reduced. I know we need to maintain 9:15 hrs as avg. Do I need to apply extra hours during WFH days. Can anyone suggest?
When doing WFO , if you are unable to stay 9:15hrs in office just apply apply WFH for the remaining hours.
For example : If you stay for 4hrs in office , check the attendance record next day. After the 4 hrs is reflected in attendance record , apply WFH for the remaining 5:15hrs.
Most likely that’s because you are not applying wfh during days you are RTO. Since giu are not spending 9.15 hours in office but am sure working from home the additional hours those days so you need to apply wfh for those days as well. It won’t reduce from your wfh balance
