Trending @Infosys; Average Working Hour

My average working hr is in negative because for WFO days i only spent 4hrs in the office. Is there any issue in future for this? And also if we are doing in then out in the morning and then in then out in the evening it will be okay or need to spend whole time at office?

If you spend 4hrs, apply wfh for rest of the day and don’t do in and out morning and evening your manager gets mail

But now we cannot apply in hours. Because Infyme shows in days

You can apply though it shows days only 3.5 hrs at office is mandatory you can apply wfh for rest

Yes there is an issue in the future for this. Leave balance or salary will be deducted. Apply WFH for the rest of the hrs after the office attendance is reflected the next day. quick in-out works technically but I won't recommend that, it's a known loop hole even to DC heads, u may get in trouble not immediately but any day , which may cost u the job.
