On average, how long will managers take to map someone on the bench to a production project assuming the resource has enough skillset to be put into a production project directly? Is there any finite duration like at least 2 business days to get the internal process to get approved and finalized or so? 😅
Try talking to the proj manager/principal conslt. regarding proj details. He/she might know the exact start & end date
If it a big account, they have buffer codes which they can assign to. If it is new project, code needs to be created which might take a week, but if you have started working, you can always ask the pm to allocate you back dated from the date you started working.
Usually 1-2 weeks considering client interview, onboarding, project billing etc.
