Average time spent daily on GV

Recently I realised, I have been spending too much time on GV but at the expense of twitter and Instagram (Not that I am proud of) . Thanks to fellow viners for their witty and heartfelt contributions!! So thought of regulating my screen time and last week, it was down to 40 mins from 1 hour+ on an average. Have turned off notifications too, and wish to bring it below 30 mins. Curious to know what's your daily average time spent here..
