Average rent for 1 bhk in gated community year Yashwantpur...

I will move to bangalore next month want to rent decent 1bhk in apartment near by Yashwantpur area so which area I should consider in 5km radius with good gated socity and decent rent. My decent budget is 20k - 22k.

Gated society in bengaluru giving flats below 25k sounds very tough.

In Pune, you can get in gated societies in IT area (Hinjewadi) from 16-17K per month but in Bengaluru it's very difficult.

I was searching for 1 BHK in gated society near Whitefield area two months ago... Minimum rent was 34k there....
