Average PG rent in bangalore

Hey guys, I was wondering why the average rent of a PG is in Bangalore especially for the ones which have a canteen / mess in them as well for a single sharing person?

Most of PGs provide food three times a day. Menu is mostly fixed and remains more or less same for all PGs.
