Average pay of software engineers in Indian cities in 2025

My uncle who has 14 yrs exp was working in MNC earns 24 lacs, which he says getting more salary than entire team, My clg friends group(10) includes product and service (includes 2 amazon sysde) we have avg of 16-18(only boosted because amazon). We having all 4+ exp

Shouldn't this be categorised by years of experience?
