Our PM has mailed us to share a screenshot of 2Office details of Ultimatix on each Monday of last week so that they can see each person's availability in the office for each week. My question is that is it allowed to share the screenshot of 2office by HR policy ?

They can extract the report from the BMS team and check how many minutes the employee has stayed as well.
