Why the market for automation testing is down these days, I have been trying to switch but getting no luck. I have 2 yrs of experience with 3 tools : selenium, testcomplete, eggplant. It's crazy how I see 5000+ applicants for a single job on naukri.com What do you guys think?

It's cuz, most of the vacancies are filled by internal shifting in the org and via a quality reference before even the job description making into the job portals hence it's bad rn hoping it will recover in 6 months
