Trending @Cognizant; Automation testing expected salary in India 🇮🇳?
I'm having 5+ years of experience in IT sector. It's completely QA. I'm getting 7.5 lpa currently.
I'm looking for Automation Testing role. I got 2 offers. 10 lpa and 13 lpa both service based company.
How much i can expect it based on the current market standards in Automation testing for 5.3 years of experience?
If we try it to product based company - > can we get more salary than service based company
As per your experience you deserve more but as per current CTC 13 is good option but I think who is offering jus tell them you have offer with 13 lpa and benifit so I think they will revise CTC with more then 13 .and same try to discuss with 13 lpa company if the can give Little bit mor hike as you have 5.3 year of experience.
