Trending @Accenture; Automatic reward revelation

My current people lead is a careless Sr.Manager who dosent bother to repond when I ask him about my reward communication. In the event he dosent communicate does reward communication automatically get publised in reward portal from 1st December ? Or it wont reflect and come to effect untill PL reveals?
