authenticator app not working, how to download it again, nt able to logn in ultimatix portal
Since you cannot log in to Ultimatix to download it, follow these steps to bypass the lock and re-install:
- How to download the app again
The Link: Open https://uxapps.ultimatix.net on your mobile browser.
Login: Use your Ultimatix credentials. Note: If it asks for an AuthCode here and you don't have the app, you will need to use the "Password" or "Email OTP" method (if enabled for your account) or follow the "Emergency Access" steps below.
Install: Once inside UxApps, search for "Ultimatix Authenticator" and install it.
- Unable to log in?
If the portal is demanding an AuthCode and you are stuck, use these alternatives: Change Login Method: On the Ultimatix login page, click on "Other Login Methods". Check if you have the "Password" or "Email OTP" option available.
Emergency Password Login: If you are on the corporate network (ODC) or using a VDI/TCS Laptop, you can often log in using your Ultimatix Password directly.
Helpdesk (The fastest fix): If you are completely locked out, call the Global Help Desk (GHD). India Toll-Free: 1-800-425-4827 or 1-800-225-5827. Ask them to "Enable Password-based login temporarily". They will verify your employee ID and DOB/Secret Question and grant you 24-hour password access so you can log in to UxApps and set up your Authenticator again.
