Australia or Canada

If I were to apply for a role as a Financial Analyst/Associate in either of these two countries, which would be a better option? My husband, who works in IT, would also need to find a job in the same country. Since we have an infant and are planning to stay for around five years, which country would be better in terms of safety, savings potential, and overall living conditions?
