We have bad news, the august hike has been postponed to the next half yearly. My manager told me this thing now.
I don't see the point of all the people survey stuff and all, all brought out this point saying hike is not good and it's not on time, yet they do the same even after taking the employee feedback 😕
In India Government gives unprivileged people 5 lakh Rs medical insurance coverage - but we people in CTS get only 2.5 lakh coverage that too with 20 percent copay - with limits on maternity like 50k which is like decade old expense - and they say that they are employee centric - this is just BS - atleast focus on health coverage policies. Other companies giving minimum 5 lakh - CTS HR policies, hikes are just exploitation of employees
