Hi everyone - does anyone have any realistic news regarding hike percentages we gonna get this year - if yes please share - if any legitimate news.

Even if you get the hike, it will be communicated in August 2025. After that you will get hike on 1st September 2025 salary with effect from 1st August 2025.
This is what they meant when they communicated delay in increment is postponed by 6 months.

Last year it the increased salary was paid in August payroll on LWD of August effective 1 August but hike percentages were shared correctly on Grapevine in June July with correct sources - so that's why wanted to check
