Trending @Accenture; Audit Report Accenture

I am currently serving notice period and recently recieved an email from Accenture auditing team saying that they find some discrepancy in one taxi expenses i had submitted.. actually I was told by manager that I need to travel other office and for that I had taken taxi and paid cash to the driver I have no bill for it ..at that time my expenses were approved and got the money reimbursed but I don't have any approval mail from my manager

What should I do pls guide ? Will they write any thing on my experience letter? Or take this to senior level?

Ignore the email. They won't put it on your experience letter.

Transitioning from any organization should ideally be a balanced phase where employees can focus on handing over responsibilities and preparing for the next chapter. Unfortunately, my offboarding experience at Accenture has been quite the opposite.

I strongly believe that organizations should approach offboarding with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that employees leave with positive memories and goodwill.

During the notice period, the workload has significantly increased, with no consideration for personal leave or even sick leave. It feels like added pressure is being intentionally imposed, making the experience more stressful than necessary.
