My manager is not helping me relocate(OIT) even after telling him all my issues. I am planning to visit my home town and stay there for 2-3 months and swipe from that office. Will HR raise concern if I am swiping at another location which is not my base location?
What is the distance of office location from your home location? Try to visit once biweekly, so ideally 1 day present in. 2 weeks. As per the policy, you can get the 90 days exception , discuss with manager and HR.
Distance is approx. 2k km. I asked my manager but he said an exception will be approved only when something happens to myself or a direct relation. Nothing else will be considered 😅
Discuss with the HR partner or Senior Manager, raise the Transfer request formally through Workday.
The email goes to your pl, if your pl and manager are same you're in bad luck, if they are different just talk to your pl and explain. HR don't give a shit
