Attendance not getting captured in 2offc since few days, Does anyone else is facing this issue?
2offc attendant not getting captured.
It takes time but for some days it shows the wrong hours
Yeah...it's logging wrong hours somedays and even when we raise a ticket those guys not even caring about our problem.. and no response or resolution provided on the ticket
Initiate mail trail by copying your manager n keep that guy in "to" at least you can use this later on in case of deduction happens
Yep! Sometimes it will 3-4days to update in 2Office!
It takes time to reflect but still I am coming under exception it seems. We need to go min 6hrs each day otherwise we will go to defaulters list it seems. Yesterday only I got a call
