Attendance not getting captured correctly for me

I observed that my attendance is not getting captured in 2Office correct since last month and in this month it is worse only 3 days captured till date. I opened ticket in GHD but all those Tts are still open with no action. Plz suggest

I hope you are working from an ODC or else for different workplaces the attendance or RTO is not getting captured.

I am not working from ODC. Just swipe in every day to nearby TCS office
