attendance less than 60% only for a month

Hey,

Will there be any impact in band or appraisal if the attendance for a month is lower than 60%? Is it considered monthly or quarterly?

While it the quarter’s average they take into consideration as of now so if the avg for quarter is greater than or equal to 85% then nothing to worry about.
