Attendance in TCS

I am a new joiner in TCS, i want to know how many hours we need to stay in the office to get full attendance, Does hours shown in 2Office really matter? I have 3-5 hours for a day, Does it really need any action?

Do you have project ODC at your location? If yes then you have to spend more than 7 hours atleast. If no ODC then you need to get exception approved. Either of the two things you need to do. No other option
