Atos/Eviden - what are the actions taken for wfh

My husband is in Atos/Eviden .. he got a call from delivery manager for screenshot of his attendance (wfo) he has not gone to the office since January.. what actions they can take in this case?

P.S. He is billable on a project.

They might force him to resign or cut his salary. Compliance is key. He should either start going to the office or negotiate a formal WFH arrangement.
