Anybody used Atlys for travel visa? How was the experience?
Have heard about them and saw their Series B announcement. Have trips planned in coming months, so wanted to check. Have not hard so far from anybody who used them so looking for comments
Avoid Atlys for Visa Processing – Highly Disappointing Experience
My experience with Atlys has been nothing short of frustrating:
Late Visa Delivery: Despite promised timelines, my visa arrived late—jeopardizing travel plans.
False Advertising: They claim AI-driven efficiency, but all queries are redirected to WhatsApp agents with no real resolution.
No Real Support: Zero transparency, no escalation paths, and canned responses that go nowhere.
Potential Fraud Concerns: With no visa and no refund, this feels dangerously close to visa fraud.
Refund Policy is a Joke: Multiple follow-ups, no refund. No accountability.
Strongly urge travelers to avoid Atlys and opt for more reliable services. This isn’t just poor service—it borders on deceptive practice.
That is why they are asking people to travel to kashmir instead of Europe. No visa, no atlys!
straight to heaven, if attack happens again🙃
Same experience with egypt visa, never use them again
I don't even know what use is atlys. All they do is ask you to send the document which you can do yourself too.
I used them for indonesia realised it waste of money, didn't use them for EU, Singapore and Vietnam. They just are being a middleman
@UndrSun which country you applied for
