It's good. It was expected. They hired lot of girls with quite under-par talent. This was expected!
Naah It's not about diversity hiring. Just check the resume and linkedin profile of these folks. They seem to be incredibly talented among their peers irrespective of gender. SIH winner , folks with 9 pointer old iit cse branch, Ex google, jpmc,de shaw, interns at the age of 21-22 speaks about their talent
Perhaps you are forgetting that Google, DE Shaw DESIS mentee and Linkedin CoachIn are only for women, so but obviously they would have those tags
My friend summer interned there last year and got her PPO about 8 months back. She got the mail yesterday saying her offer is revoked AFTER receiving the onboarding kit. The situation is really bad since the placement season is over in our university and she wasn’t even allowed to sit for any company since she already had an offer. If anyone here has an opening available for 2024 freshers for SDE role please reach out.
Of course expect more layoffs in early May. They haven’t contributed in list since long.
