Atlassian P50 vs SDE 3 (L6) Amazon

I've two offers from atlassian and Amazon.

I've been in Amazon at SDE 2 level previously, currently working at a start-up at a Lead Level.

The atlassian offer is at P50 level and 10% less than Amazon, with a bit narrower scope. However, the team and role is better.

Amazon has wider scope for L6, but team isn't the interesting. I can internally switch though since I've been here previously.

Confused between the two.
