Atlassian is it worth joining?

Hi I recently received an offer from atlassian at the same time I have heard a lot of negative reviews, people who are working there/worked there what is your say about it?

Role offered: P40 Yoe: 4 comp offered: 50(base) + 6 jb + 15*4 stocks + 7.5 bonus + 2.5 pf ~ 80 lpa
