I am currently at level 10 having 8 years of experience with fixed 15 LPA. Any idea what is the starting range for level 9 folks here? Trying to understand how much hike I can expect or should I switch.

You should switch. My friend who was CL 11 in Accenture with 3 YOE got 24 LPA (20 fixed) in a fintech company.

At 8 YOE you can easily get SDE-3 in a good company. And CTC as high as 1 CR.
