Trending @Accenture; ATCI achieving 50/50 gender equality.
Hello folks, in the recent Q4 result mailer from Julie sweet she has mentioned that she's proud of ATCI having achieved 50/50 gender equality in work force. What is your view on this ? Recently I have observed that most of em on grapevine are not happy about Accenture and many are dropping papers. Could this be any factor ? What do you think ?

Government sector have reservation, now private sector have gender equality. As a college student I believed at least corporate sector is free from this nonsense. Instead of promoting a woman to TL, who doesn’t even know the project landscape, one should promote male employees who are excellent technically. One female TL in my implementation project has no idea about basic configurations and keeps asking me to explain it to her and show her from scratch. I being gender equal don’t teach her as I don’t discriminate one based on gender. No spoon feeding.

True 💯
I have seen the same scenario in my project as well.
One of my female coworker was on maternity leave and she joined back last 5 months back and she got an immediate promotion. Whereas another male coworker with the same level has been working hard for the last 1.5 years and has more knowledge than anyone in the team. He did not get the promotion last may cycle. It felt really bad for him. Now he has dropped papers. The whole team is under chaos now.

First thing that needs immediate change is , Julie should resign from her CEO position. There are many male employees in the company that are far better than her and can be a better CEO than her. The company needs more man not more woman.

Good for bachelors I guess 😬

Badhao bhaichara mile sur mera tumhara 🤣🤣🤣

Recruitment should be done by skill based not ratio based nonsense.

Gender ratio in my project is 9/4.. 9 girls 4 boys including me.. Female employees in Accenture has lowest IQs.. I had several fights with my male colleague but we moved on every time.. But once I had a conflict with my female colleague at same level, and she raised concern with leadership that I am rude(but my manager defended me).. From then on.. I never help any girls here .. Just hello hi bye bye.. Thats all.. Its a shit place to work as a male employee... All credit goes to idiot Julie leadership and vision.

We need a salary raise....

🤣🤣🤣

This is only for ATCI. In ops and S&C , it's not 50/50
